Marion Jones versus Barry Bonds


Can someone please explain to me why Marion Jones is in jail,
and Barry Bonds is not ?

She gave up her medals and apologized.
Bonds still acts like a pompous ass and argues that there should be no asterisk next to his "home run record".

    well apparently Ms.Jones is in jail for check fraud, not steroids, but still someone else is worse than she is...and perjured as well
