Had dinner with my Cousin Jack the other day. What was that I asked him ? He had ordered Ensalata Caprese, I think he called it. So I snapped a picture of it and informed him that it may have been ensalata to start with, but now its fine art.

Ell-man, check and see if your camera has a "Macro" setting. On most digicams the icon for it looks like a flower. Use that setting for close-up shots like you "Food as Fine Art" pic.
And I have to agree that the plate was very well-presented, with a lovely mix of colours.
