When we needed water and ice in SBP we had to drive several miles. No regular
grocery stores were open. The Walgreens had been looted and still stood empty 5 months later.the nearest open place was a Kwik E Mart in St-Bernard Parish. the manager was from India, so the situation was humorous to us who knew The Simpsons show.
